What to Bring to the Helios Residential Program.
Residential treatment is a time to focus on yourself. We encourage each person to take this time to separate him/herself from the stresses of daily life and to concentrate on the tools needed to gain sobriety. During residential treatment, you will learn many techniques and strategies for long-term recovery.
The structure and discipline you will learn in residential care are the foundation for a happy and sober life. This is also a time when you will focus on your individual goals, and your counselor will help you break these goals down into achievable steps so that, by discharge, you will feel ready to face the world again. Call our Admissions office at 800-785-2400 or 510-548-7270 if you are interested in finding out more about our treatment programs.
