Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The Helios Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a psycho-educational program for chemically dependent adults with alcohol and drug addiction issues. This program offers treatment four evenings per week. If there is a conflict, often special arrangements can be made for alternative times or days. Intensive Outpatient is designed for individuals who need education, counseling and support and can remain abstinent while living at home, going to school, or working.
This IOP program includes the following:
- Group Therapy and Education
- Individual Counseling
- Family Education and Support Group
- Relapse Prevention
- 12-Step Support
- Free Aftercare, except for the cost of urine screens
IOP treatment is designed to meet the needs of individuals who are active in their daily lives with things such as work, parenting, or school, but need ongoing support. Our goal is that, upon completion of IOP, you have been living sober for a period of time and feel excited about your life. Call our Admissions office at 800-785-2400 or 510-548-7270 if you are interested in finding out more about our drug and alcohol treatment programs.
