Victoria Leff, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Director of Program Development at New Bridge Foundation®. She has dedicated the bulk of her decades-long career to supporting people affected by substance use disorders and has been part of New Bridge Foundation® since 1994.
Victoria served for more than 20 years as Program Director for Helios, New Bridge Foundation®’s short-term treatment program. She also helped design and implement Operation Success, which provides specialized support for active-duty military personnel and veterans. For the past nine years, she has led program development, bringing deep clinical experience, steady leadership, and a long-standing commitment to helping clients and families move toward recovery.
