Detox Programs
Detoxing is the process by which the body rids itself of toxic substances such as drugs and alcohol. During the detoxification process, a person may experience symptoms of withdrawal that range from light to severe. Detoxing alone can be very difficult and, in some cases, dangerous, so it is best handled through our monitored detox program where trained medical and clinical personnel can provide assistance and care to ensure clients detox safely. Detoxing is best not attempted at home or without the supervision of trained medical personnel.
After detox, New Bridge Foundation® works with you to develop a therapeutic treatment plan to help you remain sober.
Residential Rehab
Residential addiction treatment is highly recommended, especially if you are newly pursuing sobriety. In residential treatment, clients stay at our facility in the San Francisco Bay area, which offers structure and on-site support that enable individuals to focus on recovery. At New Bridge Foundation®, we offer around-the-clock care and a variety of therapeutic approaches towards recovery. This provides clients a retreat from the stress and temptations of everyday life as well as a supportive environment to build lasting sober support systems. There are both short-term or long-term residential programs available.
Addiction Counseling
A central facet of alcohol addiction recovery programs is addiction counseling. At New Bridge Foundation®, we offer a variety of counseling modalities, including:
- Individual counseling
- Group counseling
- Cognitive-behavioral therapy
Individual and group counseling allow our clients to explore their addiction and the recovery process as they uncover underlying issues and triggers associated with their drinking. These treatment options can also provide emotional support and assist in the development of an individual treatment plan based on the individual’s specific needs.
Telehealth Services
At New Bridge Foundation®, we have also expanded our outpatient, telehealth options, allowing clients to access our services online. The outpatient telehealth program is accessed from the comfort of the clients’ own home, allowing them to maintain daily routines and remain close to their existing support network as they get the help they need. Both one-on-one and group counseling sessions, led by our alcohol addiction recovery specialists, are available via phone, tablet, or computer. Our outpatient, telehealth services are often recommended to individuals who have completed one of our residential treatment programs but, are also beneficial to those individuals who do not feel the need for residential treatment.
